I felt pretty good this whole run. My ankle was fine, a non-issue. My hamstring seems to be completely back to normal. And my rhythm was smooth and consistent. I ran the trails on the perimeter of the park and was happy to have that shade working for me.

I ran the entire workout with Megan K. and Tom Sawyer. This was Megan's 2nd track workout as an adult. She was awesome.
